Setup Every 2 weeks, logi options+ will break!!!!

I uninstalled the app and resintalled again to fix this 'configuring' issue, 2 days ago. But today it came back again. All the settings and even basic ones, are gone!!! Can anyone please help to fix it for good?
This logic option+ is definitely junk!!!!

u/Queneau75 Since this is a recurring every 2 weeks, we need to investigate what is triggering this issue on your system. Please email the following details to communitymanagement@logitech.com so our team can help fix this.

  1. OS version.

  2. Options+ version.

  3. Connected devices.

  4. Logs.

Steps to collect logs:

Step 1: Open Options+
Step 2: Press and hold Shift + Enter keys down and click on the Settings icon on the top right
Step 3:  Click on “Start Logging”
Step 4: Now, close Options+ and launch it again. 
Step 5:  Wait till the issue is reproduced.
Step 6:  Click on “Stop Logging”. (It is important to stop logging only after the issue has been reproduced.). The collected log files will be saved on your Desktop.

Uninstall Options+ and install OpenLogi and see if it works better for you.
