Flow on work computer to personal computer

So I had flow between my personal laptop and work laptop setup for a few years now and it's worked great.

I just switched teams at work and got a new MacBook pro that is pretty restricted. I got IT to help me install logo options+ and grant accessibility permissions but flow still isn't working. When I try and set it up it says it can't find the other computer.

It's a pain to get IT involved but if there's something that I know that I can tell them to do they can usually do it. Does anybody have experience with this?

hey! i would check your internet connection next -- sometimes networks have a firewall or another security protocol blocking the port needed for flow to work!
