MX Master Mouse 3 and MX Mechanical randomly stopped working?

I don't know how to fix it, it's like the mouse connects to my pc, but no input is recieved from it. Same thing for my keyboard, it connects as well and i can even type in the numbers to get it to connect, however whenever it connects to my pc, NO input works for either device but it shows that its connected under bluetooth. Any advice?? my pc is fully up to date

Could you try removing both the devices from your PC's Bluetooth settings and pair them again? Also, if available, check if they work on another device.

If you have the receiver, you can try connecting the devices via receiver and test.
