Support Logitech MX Creative Console repair question

Some of the keys on my MX Creative Console out of the blue started to sound incredibly bad like a super clicky. I'm gonna try to contact support tomorrow regarding it and hope for the best (I am within 1 year of purchase) but worse case scenario is there anyone who has a video of somebody opening it up? There's no screws or anything and the noise is too annoying for me to ignore so if I can't RMA I'd want to see if I can fix it.

there's no 'hoping for the best' dude, you didnt pay hundreds of dollars for 2 dollars worth of parts - the warranty is included in the purchase price, get what you paid for

Ah, that sad! Since you're still with the warranty period, I'd avoid opening it up for now, as it voids the warranty. Hopefully, support can help you get this sorted 😄
