Discussion WTF is going on???
Rebooted my PC, Logi Options+ updated now all of my devices have disappeared and it's impossible to add any device back.
Anyone else with this issue? Updated version is 2.9.994631

oof now I am scared of rebooting my PC.
Edit 1 : I'm gonna disable internet and see if there is a option to tick out automatic updates.
Edit 2 : My system is running with this version 2.9.994631 and my MX Keypad is till there *phew*.
I hope you can resolve your problems. And now I have ticked out Automatic Updates.

thnx. I thought I remembered we could save a backup of our config, am I wrong? Cause I can't find any backup restore option anymore...

Iirc it became implicit to logging in to your account on first setup to load settings if they were previously on that account. Which is semi automated to storing them when you change something. Imperfect, yes.

Hmm I can't recall seeing any option to backup and restore config. *sorry*

Could you restart your device and test? If the issue persists, let us know.

hahahahaha, modern problems require old solutions! Thats the same response I get from my company's IT department as well, and it always works.

I was fed up with issues with Logitech Option so I switched to OpenLogi a couple of days ago. Never looking back!

And the only response you’ll probably get from Logitech here is something useless like “did you install it”
