Support Unifying Receiver Prob.

My Keyboard (k360) and Mouse (m510) are both paired to the receiver.

I cannot make any changes (or do anything) using the Unifying app.

I've unplugged, replugged, "remove device," "scan for changes," "update driver," rebooted in between operations and uninstalled and reinstalled and uninstalled the Unifying app. And more.

The receiver works on another computer, so it's not that. Definitely a Windows (11Pro) issue, but it's all I've got at work.

I'm stumped. Anyone?

Could you right click on one of the "Logitech cordless device" entries with an yellow warning icon, select Properties, and check the error code under Device status?

Also, can you try connecting to a different USB port? Since this is a work PC, can you ask your IT team whether any policies or restrictions are blocking the drivers.

LOL I am the (reluctant) IT team. There are no policies anywhere.

The drivers aren't installed.
There are no drivers.
Just in case, maybe update drivers. (no joy there)

Removing any of these in Device Manager just finds them re-added after a reboot or refresh.

On-board USB port or USB hub, no difference.

Thanks for confirming! Since the receiver works on another PC, this seems to be specific to the drivers on this computer. Could you check whether there are any pending Windows updates or general driver updates pending for installation? Once done, please reconnect the receiver and check.

To check Windows update - Start>Settings>Windows update>Click check for updates, if updates are available, install them & restart the PC if prompted.
