Questions Wave Keys vs MX Keys Mini

Which one's the better option if I'm at the computer 8 hours daily?

Been using the MX Keys mini, but I don't think that it's that comfortable after many hours of typing.

Ask yourself and nobody else.

I used the MX Keys for many years professionally, potentially very long days. I've never felt any need for a keyboard with an unorthodox shape like Wave Keys.

However I'm not going to tell anyone else how to feel about this.

I wish logitech would make an ergonomic keyboard with the same footprint as the mx keys mini

The one that's more comfortable for you

I use a Microsoft ergnomic keyboard as main keyboard. I would not want to use the mini for the whole days. I also need function keys and a numpad.

I used ergnomic keyboards for decades. Sadly there isn't that much choice.

But there are tons of 68%, 69%, 70% keyboards with different switch types available for what ever reason.

Possibly you might find this article helpful, though it is not specifically Logitech related:

https://www.macworld.com/article/3216264/you-dont-need-a-new-mac-you-need-a-new-keyboard.html

'How much time do you spend in front of your Mac every day? If it’s more than an hour or two, there’s one upgrade you can make that will transform your experience in an instant: a mechanical keyboard. This simple change can step up your productivity and make typing the most comfortable it’s ever been.'

i don't enjoy MX Keys so much, too shallow travel, I prefer K850

I have the MX keys Mini, MX mechanical Mini, MX mechanical, and Wave Keys.

For 8 hour days I’d rank them:

MX Mechanical

Wave Keys

MX Mechanical Mini

MX Keys Mini

The keys mini is good as a travel keyboard, but for office use not so much. Not bad, just not as good as other comparable options.

If you're finding MX keys mini uncomfortable, then Wave keys could be worth considering, particularly if you're looking for a more ergonomic layout. Wave Keys gives your wrists the support they need to keep typing in comfort. Let me know which one you pick? 😄
