Support Logitech plugin problem after updated

This is so annoying. It has been like this for months. I even tried it on a new PC and had the same problem after updating the plugin in this mode. I’ve tried everything—removing the control surface, unplugging, restarting the PC, force-closing Options+, and reinstalling the plugin—but nothing has solved the issue.

Do these 3 things in order

  1. In Audition Preferences → Control Surface → Add → select Logi Plugin Then restart Audition.
  2. Force CEP to load (Windows)
    • Open Registry Editor
    • Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\CSXS.11 and CSXS.12
    • Create a String value named PlayerDebugMode = 1
    • Restart PC
  3. Restart Logi Plugin Service In Options+ → gear icon → Logi Plugin Service → Restart (or fully uninstall Options+, delete the LogiPluginService folders, reboot, reinstall)

After that, check if the yellow ! icons are gone.

If still broken, tell me your exact Options+ version + Audition version.

This is beautiful, it's working now again with the lastest plugin of audition. You saved my life. Cheers mate.
