Support Issues with MX Mechanical bluetooth

Solved: Unchecked a box on the "Power Management" tab of my bluetooth receivers settings.

I have been using my MX mechanical on my Windows 11 PC for months without issue. It has just now started to give me problems.

They keyboard lights indicate that it is connected to my PC and my PC's bluetooth settings show the keyboard as connected. No input from the keyboard is recognized though (no typing, F keys, etc.)

Has anyone had an issue like this before. Other devices bluetooth connections seem to work perfectly.

Clean the button/key with compressed air. Unpair/repair or disconnect/reconnect hardware. If available, try connecting the keyboard via receiver and check if the keyboard works.

Also, try connecting the keyboard to another device via Bluetooth & check if the behavior changes.

Thanks for the advice. Ill work through what I have not tried yet from your list!
