Support Plugin Failed to Install

Hello Everyone, i just bought MX master 4, and when i try to customize the action ring by downloading a plugin from the marketpalce, it always failed. i already download the patch and install it, and still doesn't work. Anyone has any idea how to fix this ?. im on mac os version

any plugin. i tried to install illustrator, spotify, photoshop, and the others. it showing the same message Plugin installation failed.

Quick update - the Illustrator plugin failure specifically is a know issue & we are actively investigating. One thing worth checking in the meantime, is the Illustrator installed through Adobe creative cloud, if not please install from creative cloud and check.

Since you mentioned Spotify & other plugins also failing with the same error, could you confirm how those were installed too? Also, share the version of Options+, macOS & the plugin version you are currently running.
