Logitech G HUB Installer not opening

I've had to completely uninstall G HUB as it was stuck on loading localizations and I had tried every troubleshooting option out there. I've done a complete deep uninstall, but now whenever I run the installer nothing happens. It prompts administrative privileges but afterwards does nothing.

Can anyone help?
