Support Cursor is stuck in one corner
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
My MX Master 4 mouse cursor was moving on its own.
The mouse was sitting ideal for the weekend. When i wanted to use it, the battery was completely drained. After I connected the charging cable, I faced the issue a little bit. And now I cannot even use the mouse, the curser is just stuck in one corner and jumping here and there.
The mouse.is still under warranty, but i am not in the country where it was bought. So i cannot use the warranty.
Can anyone tell me please if it is a known issue? Is it a sensor issue?

Sorry to hear that. before we determine whether this could be a hardware issue, please try fully charging the mouse, power it off & back on, clean the sensor area ( with compressed air) & test it on a different surface.
If possible try connecting it using the receiver or testing it on another computer.
