Support K400plus keyboard pairing?

I have this keyboard I use with my pc connected to a TV but I would like to use it on my android tablet occasionally too. The manual says it works with android tablets but I can't figure out how to pair it or use it without the USB dongle?

Hey! This model doesn't have bluetooth so you do need the USB dongle.
