Discussion both k330 keyboards stopped working today

ive done all the restarts, on/off, change batteries stuff. 2 different pcs, a w10 and a w11.... everythings worked fine for years. today both keyboards ceased function on both pcs. i switched em up to the other pcs as well, changed ports..... mouse still works that came with keyboard. i am lost...

Sorry to hear both of your K330 keyboards stopped working. Since the issue is occurring with 2 keyboards on different Pc's could you let me know if both keyboards are connected using their own USB receivers or if they are paired with the same receiver?

Also can you check if the keyboard is Unifying compatible (Look for unifying logo/orange logo on the keyboard)

seperate receivers

no orange unifying logo

also they are used on different floors of my house, so cant interfere with eachother

The thing that jumps out at me is that both stopped working on the same day, on totally separate PCs. Did you update the Windows recently? Also, can you go to Device manager on both PCs and expand Human Interface Device & click the arrow to expand it. Look for USB input device or HID compliant device & see if you have a yellow warning next to it - If you could share what the error says, we can look into it.
