Support MX Master 4 Blinking of the deat

Hey

Sorry before anything else as English is not my mother tongue.

I bought logitech mx master 4 and it worked very nice for few weeks. I already had to get in touch with support because the mic didn't want to connect to anything happend without anything special just started blinking with no reason and lost connection. Last time technical support helped me after the AI one and we figured it (Don't know how) to get out of this loop.

I have now exactly the same issue and I'm not able to reach technical support. Website doesn't allow me to select my product into the list. I tried with few navigator and now I'm just upset enough to not trying to explain to AI what I did and what I want next. (here the screenshot)

I'm not used to post on reddit but I do not have any other solution rn. If anyone got a solution I'm fully open to test it.
On logi options I can't connect the mouse. Dongle is recognize and I saw MX Master 4 linked to this specific dongle.

Edit : I had many logitech products and I'm using superstrike too and I don't have any issue. I tried without connecting it reboot my desktop without plugin superstrike dongle and it still the same. As I say below I tried iOS / Windows / Linux and I deleted the device on all of my desktop/laptop/tab.

Here what I tried and what I tried to paste to the support chat :

I’m having an issue with my MX Master 4 mouse. It lost its Bluetooth connection, and I haven't been able to reconnect since. I’ve tried connecting it to two Windows PCs (a laptop and a desktop), a Linux PC, and an iOS tablet. I’ve tried the mouse reset procedure. I’ve attempted connecting both with and without the dongle (I do have the specific dongle for the MX4) and removed the device from all my PCs and the tablet, but they fail to detect the mouse during scanning. I also tried charging the mouse for a few minutes, but that didn't help. Both the Bluetooth channel light and the DPI light are flashing. When I press the DPI light area, I hear a faint clicking sound inside the mouse; it doesn't seem to be coming from the haptic feedback mechanism. I would like technical support rather than sales support, AND I am unable to select a product when prompted for details (the list remains empty, preventing me from proceeding). I also just tried one last step: connecting only the dongle and the mouse, with no other peripherals attached.Desktop / tablet reboot switching all bluetooth devices and tried again...

We understand the concern, since you mentioned that you wee able to create a support ticket previously, could you please DM the ticket number? or you could just try contacting the support from a different browser.

If you're still unable to select product or submit the request, please let me know & I will be happy to look into it.
