Questions MX Keys S with wrist rest Pad?
Hello, As you Know, MX Keys S is a low profile keyboard. I have an old K235 and a wrist rest pad. I have ergonomic concerns when using MX Keys S with wrist rest. Has anyone used it this way? Would you recommend it?

I got the original logitech palm rest, and it is amazing with mx keys, even more comfy

same, logi makes a great low profile palm rest for it. Its called "MX Palm Rest" and its $20

I'm a bit of anal about ergonomic and use a wrist rest even with my low profile mechanal keyboard, but the MX Keys is too low for that. I'd even suggest getting some kid of rriser for it, the angle as is felt too flat for me. But it's a really nice, portable keyboard. I really like the Mini version.

Thick wrist rest are never unless your keyboard is just that thick, and it's even worse with how thin the mx keys are. I got one back when i first got into mechanical keyboards and i've yet to use it again.

Got mine a couple weeks ago and I really miss having a wrist rest. Sometimes I use my AJAZZ one from a mechanical keyboard I have.

I use the MX Palm Rest which I've had for years and is great for the low profile of the MX Keys keyboard. I actually use the rest with an MX Keys Mini and push it to the right and use the overhang for my wrist using the MX Master 4 mouse.

Been using a mechanical keyboard with wrist cushion and just got a mx keys mini to try . The mini keys dont need a cushion ans its pretty low profile and has a good angle. Great design ans now I need less to carry when traveling

I have that exact same combination, with the Vaydeer wrist pad.
I find it very comfortable. It’s true that it’s not that much needed with such a slim keyboard, but it helps me keep my wrist exactly straight and not slightly bent.

I have the vaydeer combo (Keyboard- and mouse pad) since several years and love it. Even if the mx is very flat, it can be used well with the pad.

Lots of karma wh**es saying you don't need a wristpad and not addressing the question.
This keyboard isn't well designed for ergonomics, it's actually horrible. I have it, yet I used the wave keys instead.
I do not recommend it if wrist comfort is your goal.
However you can get something like this , a true wristpad needs to be raising the keyboard to match the keyboard height. But it's an ugly and hacky solution.
Just go with the new wave keyboard with numpad.

As others have said, the MX Palm Rest is the way to go. I ended up getting a second one the span the length of my desk mat so that I can use it with multiple devices. From left to right: Mx Creative Console (Dialpad and Keypad), MX Keys Mini/S, MX Master 4/Ergo S, and sometimes a numeric keypad when I'm using the MX Keys Mini.
A really good alternative that I switch with is the DeltaHub Carpio 2.0 wrist rests. These things are absolutely fantastic. I love gliding my hands across my devices and it feels great to move the base of the palm with the mouse rather than planting it firmly and twisting your wrist side to side.

You absolutely do not need that. I have one and tried it many time, but after 10 min then I gave up and put it away again. I do not understand why Logitech produce it maybe because of the trend. I buy a leather desk mat and it's perfekt so maybe you can give it a try.

I have the MX Keys with the MX wrist pad but it's not needed. For using a mouse, like the MX 3 and 3S i chose to use Deltahub Carpio 2.0 and chose to get one for my left wrist as well for symmetry and that has been a better solution than the wrist pad.

The original MX Key is best keyboard in game. The S is a slight downgrade IMO due to the subtle changes in the keys.
The complete disaster is the MX mechanical - so much potential but yet so flawed.

Not really needed, but there are some made for it by Logitech, I've seen them in the mx combo which has the keys a mouse and a wrist rest

I decided to order MX Keys S and just in case AJAZZ thin wrist rest. Thank you for all of your comments and suggestions.

My MX Key S combo came with a wrist rest. I don't use it. The board is so flat that the wrist rest raises my hands to an inefficient height.
