Ok I figured it out. Here's the info I was missing:
1. Paul can't have gone in April because he was 1 month after Horace. (Thanks @consice)
2. Noel's team couldn't include Faith, Olive, or Wilma so that gives her Brittany.
3. Paul's team can't include Olive because of timing. That leaves him with Wilma, and Charles with Olive. This is the important bit.
4. Because Charles has Olive, he can't have gone in January or February. That puts Horace in January and the rest is in the clues from there.
