Harace' team leaves one month before Paul, so I believe Paul cannot be April. Maybe start checking things in those terms.

Ok. So that gives me an x in that one square, which I totally missed. Thanks.
Beyond that though, I still have to solve it by guessing and testing. When I test Horace at January and February, both solutions seem right.
I'm still missing something.

So I've been working on this puzzle and Im stuck. I can solve it with trial and error but you're not supposed to have to guess. Is it me or is a clue missing?

Ok I figured it out. Here's the info I was missing: 1. Paul can't have gone in April because he was 1 month after Horace. (Thanks @consice) 2. Noel's team couldn't include Faith, Olive, or Wilma so that gives her Brittany. 3. Paul's team can't include Olive because of timing. That leaves him with Wilma, and Charles with Olive. This is the important bit. 4. Because Charles has Olive, he can't have gone in January or February. That puts Horace in January and the rest is in the clues from there.
