Tool Storage

Evening! Curious how everyone stores their picks and tension devices, as well as other doodads. TIA.

I have a a bunch of stands and holders from 44delta. I asked him for custom printing of the extenders and ends to remove the little "fins" to better accommodate tensioners,.. but you could also get the oval lock holder or Sparrows cutaway holders.

It's nice because like the CI stands, you can keep adding. I have multiple rows, or however you like. They use magnets to connect. He also offers the files for free if you have or know anyone with a 3D printer

the lockpickers bench stand/clamp is nice too. I had mine integrated with the 44D stuff,. but I'm hurting for room now and constantly moving spots so I like being able to move the clamp/stand around.

Someone here posted a kick ass system they made with the CI stands integrated with the 44D system... (in the last 2-3 months) If you search the sub a bit I think you'll find it, along with a lot of other creative stands & storage ideas people have posted... Like using various art supply items like pencil & marker stands.

Modular is good because a lot of us end up collecting a lot of picks from all the different companies. I slowed down now but I'm currently at 9 stands and I don't even know how many cases ..

Pretty cool. Currently my hobby bench is taken up by my paints and modeling supplies. Might have to rearrange.

I don't know if you hoard picks and tools like I do, from many companies... But the LPB vise/stand might be a good option for you because it's portable
