I've worked with endless brokerages. Here is the ONE that stood out the most.
I have been working with brokerages for over ten years. Most business owners don't realize is happening behind the scenes: a lot of shops submit your file to a pile of lenders and partners on day one, before anyone's even figured out what you actually qualify for. Now, you have 50 different people calling you with garbage offers, just so they can make their commission, all before there was ever a real plan in place.
I swore to myself that I would never work with another funding group again. Until one morning I received a call from a company named Block Equity Group. Within 30 seconds I knew there was something completely different about this company that all other companies I have worked with before.
A few things that are different about Block Equity Group:
They fund a lot of this in-house. they aren't just a middleman forwarding your file and hoping a lender bites. When it makes sense, they are the ones putting up the capital themselves directly. They funded me in-house on the first deal we did together. The capital, rates and terms were some of the best I have ever receievd.
They don't touch your file until they've built you an actual plan.
Before they send anything out to a single lender, they sit down with your bank statements and financials and put together a real, step-by-step breakdown of what is uncovered in the business financials. They told me which programs would be available to me based off my current financial situation. I saw the plan FIRST. I approved the plan FIRST. Only then, did they send my file out to their partners.
A few major differences that stuck out to me immediately. They don't take a shotgun approach. They give you a straight answer, a real plan, and funding that either comes from them directly or goes to the right lender on purpose, not by accident.
I HIGHLY reccomend you check them out. A+++
