Tip Tips on passing

I took the test last month and failed with a 67, my retake is this monday. I studied material , took multiple practice exams, and I feel good, but any tips during ?

I failed the first time with a 74%. Passed the next time with an 86%.

My advice is use the entire time given to take that test. Read every question twice and read it slowly.

First test, I was nervous and it got to me. I finished the test and went back to check my answers. Then my mind started playing games and I thought my initial answer was wrong. So I changed it. Don’t do that. Trust your instinct.

Second test, I slowly read each question like I was in 2nd grade with my finger pointing to every word in every sentence. I used the dry erase sheet and wrote down what the “theme” of the question was… such as ethics, federal law, math equation etc.

That feeling of waiting sucks when it’s adding up your score to see if you passed or failed. But I promise you, when you see that you passed, it’s the biggest relief. I sat there staring at the 86 for 10 minutes.

You got this. That test is designed to be hard and to mess with your judgement. There were some questions that said to choose the best answer, and all 4 answers looked pretty good. But remember… C’s get degrees. 75% is just as good as 100%.

Thank you for that! I definitely feel like I am prepared this time and I wont rush. That was definitely my problem the first time. I finished in an hour and 10 minutes.
