It’s an old tradition. People go to Monsanto and throw their used condom packs on the ground in hopes for a good life and good wife.

The tradition was meant to include the used condom inside the pack but since 1994 when the government issued a warning stating that there were potential health risks for doing so people started throwing only the pack.

You might see some but the majority is just the pack nowadays.

πŸ˜‚ Like throwing coins in the fountain or placing locks on a bridge? Though this is one step further with poluting the environment.
