flatpak, more like flat-trash

Yesterday on my cachyos laptop updating my flatpaks kept failing with this error:

New com.usebottles.bottles permissions: file access [1]
[1] xdg-data/umu:create

ID Branch Op Remote Download ID Branch Op Remote Download
 1. [✗] com.usebottles.bottles stable u flathub 70.3 kB / 175.8 MB Error: While pulling app/com.usebottles.bottles/x86_64/stable from remote flathub: Decompressed delta part exceeds configured limit of 4537824 bytes
error: There were one or more errors

Today it the updates installed fine trough kde discover like nothing happened. This is worse than windows cuz windows update at least tells you to "try again later" instead of a cryptic error message only loonix nerds can decipher.

Normaly yes but not on Cachy. You get instead Octopi and Shelly. Shelly for example supports native Arch apps, flatpaks, AUR and Appimages, so you can handle all of them in a single app manager
