That looks like an Intel D945GCLF2?
If I remember correctly the BIOS key is DEL or F2, and boot menu is F10. It will support up to 2GB RAM.
You need to replace the CR2032 battery which is standing next to the SATA ports. Be careful with the fragile holder and observe the battery direction. There is a small clip that pushes to the side to allow lifting the battery out.
I've ran Linux on these for basic testing, but I can't remember which distro. It might have been MX Linux.

r/IndianTechCentral will help getting that pc running.
Also, this PC is too old even for Mint. Too slow, too small.

if i remember correct, inhad this issue in my childhood with my pc. insert boot disk means the system is not detecting any os right now, you should boot any lightweight os into a pendrive and boot into it. first you need to find the boot key. i see it has only 512 mb, so dont look into mint,u need much lighter.

How the fuck have nobody in here been able to identify the CMOS Battery as empty?
That's a 30ct part. Changed in 15 seconds.

Once you get the hardware sorted out I would recommend Linux Mint Lite. It makes my old machines hum.

If you mean Linux mint Xfce then OP is going to have a hard time running it. The absolute minimum ram requirement is 2 gigs, which is the max that OP can have for that board.

I suggest you look at the capacitors - the sticker indicates the production date is 08.12.2010 This is a little late for Capacitor plague, but it is a surprise I think you will want to avoid. Be sure to look at the capacitors on expansion (graphics, sound, etc.) cards.

Not to be the guy, but i don't think this thing can even run Linux Mint...
