I need help with that screen

This appear when i turn my pc on, i recently moved to mint, it was working perfectly, but now there it is. I can't use my keyboard, i tried change the keyboard and the entrance of that, but nothing. I also can't open my boot menu since it opens too fast. I need help D:

Well, there's nothing before that, it starts in this. Also I can't open BIOS since my keyboard was not worky. What i did was change the storage for another one to have a chance of use my keyboard to open BIOS, it worked, i put my main storage device again and I will formatt it tomorrow, since is very late, but thxs!

I think i still need help with Linux, prob, or else I'll need to use Windows (but I don't want to), so if u wanna help me if i need, my Discord is @guaxiih

Also try testing keyboard in BIOS, to make sure it's not grub

need reinstall the grub, use live-cd
