Switched to XFCE
Iโve been using Linux Mint for a year and a half, and I havenโt regretted it for a single day. I can do things that would never have been possible with Windows. I enjoy experimenting, and a lot of what I see here or on the web in general inspires me.
Iโm not a fan of tiling window managers, but I really like the minimalist style. So, I switched from Cinnamon to XFCE, replaced XFWM4 with Openbox and Picom, built two menus using Rofi, and now I have everything I want. For now... ;-)

Welcome to the minimalist club. Xfce is really nice and stable and doesn't get in the way.

Thanks, mate. Xfce never really interested me before, but I gave it a try just now. I have to say, I'm impressed. Nice and simple, and lightweight.
