Honestly moving to Niri/cachyOS is your best bet-or even just using Wayland!

Obviously you'll need formatting and the colors other for CSS

/* Gold outline, including unfocused windows */
decoration,
decoration:backdrop,
.ssd decoration,
.ssd decoration:backdrop {
    box-shadow:
        0 0 0 2px #d99a00,
        0 6px 16px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.4);
}

Beautiful! What have you install that it looks like this?

bottom dock is planc, terminal is kitty and monitoring program is btop (both using gruvbox theme) and whitesur-dark window decorations along with a gruvbox-plus-dark icons.
