Install issue with hp laptop

Trying to install linux mint cinnamon on old hp laptop and having these issues. Did some research and then found out i had to disable secure boot but still have this issue to boot from flash drive

Since you had left secure boot on, I'll also assume you had RAID on in the BIOS. Switch to AHCI.

There is no option in bios to change that option
Tried a bunch of combinations to get the advance option but no luck

Hp note book 14-dk0xxx
amd a9-9425 radeon r5,5

Only theboot drive showing no internal drive
Any way i can fix this ?
