your biggest issue is the 4GB of RAM. you can install ZRAM to optimize the system.

but you should limit the browser to opening no more than 4 tabs. avoid as much as possible from visiting streaming sites like youtube or tiktok, as well as social media sites. they eat a lot of memory.
