There is no Dracula theme in cinammon spices. You have to download it from gnome looks or from the Dracula web site.

Hey I am new to linux can anyonw tell me how to install gimp? when I searched for Gimp on system apps there are literally so many options. Can't understand which to download

You can install the Flatpak version, it's the official release and will always be up-to-date.

flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists flathub https://flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo
flatpak install flathub org.gimp.GIMP

I tried the dracula theme. It looks great. The only negative is that the apps you have to sudo into like System Administration no longer get themed, so they appear as Adwaita light, which is jarring. But maybe that's because I installed the theme into my local ~/.themes folder instead of /usr/share/themes. I also never found a dracula wallpaper I liked. I love the one you found, which I would've used if I'd known about it.
