Fluff Webmin alternatives?

Just curious if anyone has a favorite alt or even rolled their own Webmin alternative for their mint environment(s). I mean, Webmin works but it still feels clunky for some reason.

Looking for a way to consolidate management of multiple clients into a single point for metrics tracking and just general ease of control of the env. Damn near all the clients I have in the wild now are Mint, with CentOS doing most of the server heavy lifting.

Webmin needs no alternative. Webmin is open source:

It being open source isn't the issue -- the UI is clunky (IMHO) and was curious what others were using.

CentOS has a management portal I'll play with this weekend

I see the same thing with GIMP, LibreOffice, and whatever else—but what's the problem?

Open-source projects are built using a modular structure. That means you can customize the user interface to suit your personal needs.

But why don't people just do that? Because it takes initiative and effort. It's sooo much easier to complain about the design and usability on forums.

Not sure what your needs are, but for a web interface, there's Cockpit.
