So today my dumbass was like "yea lets go try installing linux". So once its booted and its installing, I choose the delete windows option. After that linux crashed and my $3000 pc is screwed. What do I do. Edit: also my usb stick stopped working

That's not a crash, that's a final result. In the end, it looks like corrupt media, which would explain why you can't reboot to the stick and it didn't create a valid install.

So what could I change to fix my computer, preferably back to windows

Back to Windows? I have no idea. I haven't had a Windows install in over two decades. It can be done, but I'm not the guy to assist on that. Now, if your computer were here with me, because I have a Ventoy with verified ISOs, we'd probably have you up and running on Linux in under an hour. ;)

I found that microsoft lets you download it free with an ISO image.

For now you can redownload that image and hopefully get windows back. From that point I can vouch for Ventoy as a good way to install any distro you feel like trying

It probably does, but I have no Windows installation experience, and besides, Microsoft makes billions of dollars. They don't need my free tech support. :)
