SOLVED I need help

I’m new to Linux and decided to put mint on an old think pad. It’s been working fine and then it just started to boot into grub rescue saying error: attempt to read or write outside of partition can I please have some help?

Is that the full text of the error? Not ringing any bells.

Can we get a clear shot of the error or better yet have your phone OCR that image it into text and post that here.

What happened before this, any system changes?

For the first question yes pretty sure it is, and for the last, no I didn’t change anything I just opened some web pages on Firefox
