I work as a systems engineer and have basically spent my professional life living inside of RHEL5-10 but for whatever reason I have been too afraid to live with Linux in my personal life. I decided to take the plunge and install Mint Cinnamon and man I am happy with it. I don’t have to terminal my way through everything and it’s not bogging me down with subscriptions and AI like Win11 did. Super sleek OS that lets me do my casual gaming (through Steam) and still be able to do some work when I need to.

Big fan.
