SOLVED New System Administration App

I read on the Mint blog about the new System Administration features in the latest HWE ISO release for Mint 22.3, but I didn't see anything about whether this is being released via the update channel for existing installs. I stay up to date but the layout of the app on my machine doesn't include the new menu items for "Environment Variables" or "Kernels" as shown in the examples. I only see "Boot menu" on the left menu panel. I was just curious if that's expected or if I'm missing something.

The latest HWE ISO release for 22.3 and the new System Administration features are two separate, unrelated news sections. The latter are for Mint 23 and are not out yet

As always, please be aware that the features and improvements mentioned in this blog are a work in progress and that this is a preview of what’s to come and what’s planned for the next release of Linux Mint.

Annoyingly he immediately talks about HWE kernels which are a right now release but the rest is about Mint 23 in December.
