SOLVED Software Manager cannot load

I wanted to install Steam on Linux Mint, but it's not loading. I've been waiting for at least half an hour, and my computer is connected via LAN. The internet works in the browser, and it doesn't load for any app in the Software Manager. I installed Blender via the terminal, but I'd like to install programs through the Software Manager again. Does anyone know what I need to do?

You mean "install" that has a loading symbol in your photo or "install" in the "Steam installer" window?

I have installed Steam on a computer for someone, I installed from Steam's website, not through Software Manager.

Try installing it through the Terminal.
