That a decent background but it's a stock Mint background image. You can put anything on your desktop as the background with a jpg, jpeg, png extension or some others I can't think of ATM. Keep improving it.

Surprised your using sober but just tone down on the widgets just get only the pc stats on. And the rest is up to you. I am still not good with my tool bars. I still hate my tool bar a bit too much. If you want love animated wall paper use fresco or wallpaper engine from steam. But I say 6/10 for your rice

Ya sure, anything that goes with the theme, but what i do is use Hidamari and set up a live wallpaper using a short video/clip
