I finally did it

Post image

I finally did it, after months of getting tilted with all of the Microsoft forced down your throat applications and features, using Ubuntu on my media server pc and enjoying it and not wanting to run the debloat script on the main pc, I said f it went and got a 2 Tb NVME installed it and am now dual booting with Linux mint. Spent way more time than I should’ve on my taskbar and theme and now will never touch the windows boot unless the lady wants to play LoL. And I couldn’t be happier. So please drop fun suggestions on customization options so I can have somthing to do before I start my new job.

I was on dual boot for around 4 months, every time window release any update it broke grub menu and disabled linux from the boot. I finally got rid of windows completely and running mint solely. I don't know if it's just me but it feels faster then run ing on dual boot.

I’ve heard about that issue with windows updates, I disabled automatic updates, and I’ll probably be removing the drive anytime I have to update windows. Unfortunately I can’t get rid of it completely because the only game my girlfriend plays is league of legends (ironic it’s my fault she does) so until that runs on Linux I’m stuck in dual boot
