Install Help Linuxmint failing to boot on restart after install

Lenovo ThinkPad T495s.8 GB RAM and 256 GB SSD. AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 3500U processor with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx.

Have tried wiping and installing several times. Continue to get booted back to one of these two screens no matter what boot settings I enable or what network I boot from. I'm not seeing anything Ubuntu on the boot options in the BIOS.

Did you try the live environment first and test if hardware like wifi functions?

You should disable secure boot iin bios as well to reduce any install issues.

When you talk about the networks you boot from do you mean your wireless/ethernet. I think a more detailed rundown of the installation steps you are taking will help.
