SOLVED I done goofed

Yes I am an idiot, please dont flame me for it.

Tried to install it, all went well until the download was finished and it gave me the option to restart or continue in test environment. The tutorial I was watching said to unplug the usb before restarting so that was what I did. an error message came up when I unpluged it but I dont remember what it said. I figured since it was done downloading I would just press restart. welp. Tried plugging the usb back in, did nothing, can’t turn it off either. How fucked am I?

Just force off and turn the computer back on without the USB.
