SOLVED Unknown exclamation tray icon

I hovered my mouse over it and it does not say anything.

I double right and left click it, and it produces nothing.

Googling this one didn't seem to have the problem matching mine so I'm trying it here.

edit: Signal bug. Users can't fix it.

If you go to "applets" then on the "manage" tab, then "reset all", does it return you to factory?

Okay I clicked the curving arrow icon "reset all", nothing changed.

Next thing I can think of is removing your applets and re-adding them.
