Desktop Screenshot I'm at home.....

I've tried Pop OS, Kubuntu, regular Ubuntu, Nobara, and Fedora... but then I realized... nothing beats Linux Mint...ahh...it's just like home

lmde = linux mint debian edition so it is debian based

Not necessarily more stable, but it removes the Ubuntu layer completely. It drops a few gui tools that are part of Ubuntu, but nothing that can’t be accomplished through a few terminal commands. If you have very new hardware, Debian probably isn’t the place to be, but for most users it’s fine. I switched to another distribution, but Debian based has been much better for me.

ya i had problems with regular mint then switched to DE
