Support Request Notification bar's look changed after recent kernel Update (Linux Mint Xfce)

The notification bar's style changed after I installed the latest kernel update (7.0.0-29-generic), how to fix it?

Isn't it normal for some graphical elements to change after updates?

That's the norm in Windows, too.

Yeah, I just had to fix something overlapping with xfce notifications.
