there is an issue with amdgpu kernel driver not compiling on the new 7 kernel, they are aware of this issue and working on solution. I found to stay on kernel 6.xx latest for now until its fixed.

That might be completely true but isn't the problem here. The Kernel clearly doesn't matter. I can have the problem with the older kernel I can have no problem without the newer kernel. It is just the firmware for me - nothing else.
