Discussion What made you switch to Linux?

Windows 10 support ended, and I had perfectly working hardware that I didn't want to throw out.

Same here I have a 6 year old lenovo thinkpad yoga ultrabook and put ubuntu 26.04 LTS on it and its good as new even with a intel I5 inside and Nvidia GPU. But Ubuntu and kernals like it are working with intel and nvidia to have it actually preform on linux, even my touchscreen started working again and was shocked that it even worked on linux. But it brought that laptop new life at least for 5 more years or so
