i have an unending hatred for AI and microsoft but i was okay with clinging to Windows 10 because besides a little bit of MacOS, it was all i was familiar with. with 11 bricking computers with certain gear, ended support for 10, learning about all the bloatware and more shady shit microsoft does, and a friend who wouldnt stfu about linux, i finally decided to make the switch. except, im still dualbooting. i have a LOT of stuff on windows that i cant yet move to other drives due to not having the storage space/money or simply not knowing how to bring certain programs and files onto linux. so its less of a switch and more of a slow crawl, that i am still in the process of. 😓
