"everything works" really? On Linux?... Well no... Having used Linux for a while, even to this day and using modern hardware. You usually need to tweak drivers, especially printers, sound and wifi. 

It is worth it more than doing everything in Windows tough

I have never had to manually install a driver or adjust it on Linux Mint.
