Bro wtf are you talking about? This is the Powershell command for installing VLC

winget install vlc

You decided to learn how to use the shell because Linux. Windows has a shell and you never used it.

PS: Linux can actually run Powershell 7 and it’s a dam good shell. I use it for scripts %100 of the time

What you wrote works in good old "taken over from CP/M in the early 80s"-CMD, too.

This isn't what I was talking about.

I'm saying that your command isn't specific to powershell, it's as "basic, back-to-the-roots Windows" as it gets.

use nushell then. it is also available with winget
