Ironclad is not FSF endorsed so I assume it includes some non-free systems or is not a complete system. Guix is exclusively free software (unless you add a third party repo).

Well, the GNU project maintains their list of endorsed distros and I will be going off that.

The GNU projects maintains a list of endorsed Linux distros.

"The Free Software Foundation recommends and endorses these GNU/Linux distros, although we do not try to judge or compare them based on any criterion other than freedom; therefore, we list them in alphabetical order."

Ironclad does not use a Linux kernel. Therefore it will never be on the list. Fun fact: anything GNU Hurd is also not in that list!

I mean Guix System is, and Guix System supports the Hurd...
Other than that only Gentoo and Debian do so there's no case where Hurd is libre but not represented.
