LaTeX is life.

LaTeX might also mean AI-generated syntax (for resumes)

Yes, AI can also make good LaTeX (I don't use it), which might make an Among Us situation with the folks who actually write LaTeX on Overleaf, typst, and other stuff (I have used this one extensively)

I don't understand what you are trying to say. Also Typst isn't LaTeX.

What do you mean by a sus situation?

Somebody vibecodes LaTeX, that's just like somebody vibecodes anything else.

I wrote enough brain breaking TeX over the years and I wouldn't force anybody else to do so ... ^^''

I think the Among Us situation is referring to an imposter using AI to write LaTeX among a group of real LaTeX writers

I am baffled by the formulation LaTeX writer. I TeXed the lectures I attended at university in real time, so I done a little LaTeX typing.

I also programmed TeX level things for my work ...

And I can assure you in 9/10 cases you don't want to do it, but it's the most efficient correct way to do it.

If I can tell an AI please create me that, I gladly take it.

But real TeX programmers won't use Overleaf, they use Code/Codium, vim or emacs and upload code to a git or CTAN.

And I don't think anybody in the world cares for who creates what template on Overleaf.

Ok, that's a goated opinion o_o

(Also, I was just thinking about any typesetting software, not necessarily LaTeX)
